Properties:
It is light yellow crystalline powder, which has mild irritation. The melting point is 160℃ (decomposition). Tap density: 125G/cm3. Apparent density: 0.8G/cm3. It will lose crystallization water in vacuum 142℃. It can soluble 0.22G/100G in cold water and 0.026G/100G in hot water. It is soluble in cold salt solution.
Usage: It can be used as photographic developer in pharmaceutical industry. Battery –grade ferrous oxalate can be used as the raw material of battery positive electrode material of lithium iron phosphate.
